It is our ambition to manufacture and deliver only high quality products. Of course, it may happen that something goes wrong in the production process. We will repair, replace or refund the product.
For a product to qualify as a guarantee case, it must meet the following criteria:
- intentional damage or negligence
- incorrect use or lack of maintenance
- changes or repairs carried out in an amateurish way by the consumer or a third party without permission of Wild and soft
- natural and/or normal wear and tear
- failure to (correctly) follow the instructions for use
If the item meets these conditions, please contact us at email@example.com Send us a full description of the problem. If necessary, send photos and be sure to include proof of purchase from our webshop.
Our quality control department will make an initial assessment and our decision will be communicated within 14 days after receipt of the complaint.
In case of doubt or lack of information, or in case of a repairable product, we may ask you to return the product to us. Further details will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges and returns
In case of a complaint, it is possible to return the order within 14 days. To start the return procedure, you need to indicate the return at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you want to exchange an item, you must start a return procedure for the product in question and order the product you want instead in the webshop.
To initiate a return, send an e-mail to email@example.com with the following information:
- your order number or invoice number
- personal details (name, address, telephone number)
- the possible reason for the return
-Download our return form and add it to the returned package.
General conditions for returns:
- You can only return products that were purchased in our webshop.
- The product must be returned undamaged, unworn/unused and in its original packaging with the label and tags still attached.
- Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to start the return procedure. After this period it is no longer possible to return the product.
- The cost and risk of returning the product are entirely borne by the buyer. You can decide yourself how to return the product.
- As soon as we have received the return in our warehouse, you will be notified by e-mail.
- Upon receipt and confirmation of your return, the corresponding amount will be refunded within 14 days, provided that the product meets all the conditions listed above.
If the return is sent back to us with insufficient postage, the necessary additional amount will be deducted from the refund.
Any returns sent outside of the return period will not be accepted
